This course is mainly aimed at Admin staff and secretaries, using Templates and Forms to created standardised formats, using Mail Merge for mailshots and Macros to speed up repetitive tasks.

The course is suitable for experienced Word users wishing to enhance their skills and focuses on automating documents using Macros, Form Fields, Templates.

Prerequisites

Delegates should be familiar with the topics covered on the Intermediate course.
